I am certainly disappointed with the W/L record of our woman's team. We have talent and should be winning games. We play the #2 team in the country to a standstill, but can't seem to get by far less talented teams like Wake, ND, Ga Tech, etc. We lose it in the 4th qtr which is either a "not in shape" thing or a lack of being able to finish. We seem to shoot too quickly (especially when we have a lead), dribble too much (which causes the ball to be stolen), don't pick and roll, don't talk to each other, and on and on. In short, we're not being coached. Brooks seems to be a talented recruiter, but at game time, he isn't getting it done. This needs to be fixed
